Missions

Join us on a 1 or 2-day urban mission trip to L.A. on Sat., September 30 through Sunday, October 1. Meet at church at 6:30 am on Saturday and return on Saturday evening or Sunday afternoon at approx. 2-3 pm. Cost is $40 for a 1 day trip or $55 for a two day trip. For the 2 day trip, the $55 cost includes one night of lodging, and transportation. Breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday are on your own. The $40 for the one day covers fees for the trip & transportation. Meals are on your own. What are we going to be doing? On Saturday we will be partnering with the Dream Center L.A.’s Adopt-A-Block ministry as we meet the needs of the community near Downtown L.A. That afternoon, we will partner with a church called, The Abiding Church near Downtown L.A. and help with their community outreach. That evening, we will stay at the Momentum Urban Center in Norwalk. Then, on Sunday we will go back to The Abiding Church for their morning service before heading back home.
